Our Rental Office is open six days a week, except statutory holidays, and you're welcome to stop in any time.

Pet Policy

Unfortunately pets are not permitted on the property, even as temporary visitors. The only exceptions to this rule are official service animals.

How to Give Proper Notice

In the event you need to move from Montecito Towers we have a notice form you can print out, fill in and drop off at the Rental Office. It is important to remember that written notice (30 calendar days) must be received in the Rental Office the day before the rent is due, as per the Residential Tenancy Act. Rent is due on the 1st of the month so the notice must be submitted, at the latest, by the last day of the month before the month you wish to move. For example if you were moving May 31, your notice would need to be submitted on or before April 30. If you have any questions please contact the Rental Office.

Maintenance Requests

If you have a dripping faucet, a closet door off the track, or any other maintenance issues or questions, call the Rental Office directly to schedule an appointment with our maintenance staff. If it is after office hours, please leave a message on our voice mail and we will contact you the next business day to arrange to have the work completed as soon as possible.

E-mail requests may not be received immediately. Please direct all maintenance requests to 604-420-5636.

24-Hour Emergency Contact

In the event of an emergency outside of office hours, you may call the Rental Office number, 604-420-5636, and then press '9' when the recording comes on. You will be connected to our answering service and they will send your message to the on-call person.

What is considered 'Urgent' or an 'Emergency' Maintenance?

  • No Power
  • No Heat
  • Fridge is not working
  • Broken lock on suite door
  • Toilet not functioning

What is considered 'Normal' or 'Regular' Maintenance?

  • Dripping taps
  • Leaks from sinks
  • Twisted/missing/broken blinds
  • Stove or dishwasher not working
  • Electrical problems
  • Closet doors off runners
  • Lost mailbox keys
  • Broken mailbox locks
  • Etc.
